Well, there you have it folks.
Our year in pictures.
I hope 2009 was good to you,
and 2010 brings everything you need.
Happy Trails...

Ahhhhh....
Nothing like soft new playdough.
The boys were chanting, "No more pink! We want blue!..."
How could I refuse?

Brrr....
Hope this little guy has a nice stash somewhere.

One person's trash is another person's treasure....
Tim bought this antique double wash tub
from our neighbor Adaline a few years ago.
I finally figured out what to do with it!
I might have to take the toys out sometime,
invite a few gals over and fill it up with
snow and beer!
Whoo hoo!! ;)

If Wal-Mart doesn't have it.
You don't need it!

Tim gets a little help with his hair.
Isn't that sweet?

Merry Christmas!
Landon's Grandpa Al surprised him with his own tools.
This little saw is a favorite of Landon's.
He uses it almost everytime he goes to Grandpa's house.
Now, it belongs to Landon.
He's one happy camper.

Thank God I have a smart brother-in-law!
This little $9 baby has made me the happiest girl in town!
Thank you Joel!!!!
XOXOXOX
:) :) :)

Landon wanted to be Santa
for the DC Christmas Party.
So he created his own costume using
Mom's Christmas snow,
a little hat he wore years ago....
His black boots and gloves and a black trash bag.
He handed out the presents and said Ho! Ho! Ho!
I think he did a fine job.
The kids thought he was super cool!

And the children were nestled all snug in their slippers...

Are you ready?

There I go again...
Slaving all day over a hot stove...
Tim says I make the best frozen pizza in town! ;)

Some things just taste better on the weekends....

Landon decided to make Lucky a little fort
using some of Tim's carpet and pad scraps.
Lucky really likes it!

Christmas Teddy Bears.
Every year that Tim and I have been together,
we have gotten a Christmas Teddy Bear for under our tree.

Thinking this might be the last year as we are running out of room! ;)

Landon made Tim a necklace in connections.
So cute!

Got my teeth cleaned this morning...

Dad's big helper.
Landon helped Tim recarpet our steps
and touch up the hallway paint this weekend.
He is such a hard worker!
With his imagination and drive, I can hardly wait
to see what he is going to be when he grows up!

Eleven Days Until Christmas!

Dear Santa....

Friday, December 11, 2009

Santa Baby!
This is the first year that Landon
was a little skeptical about Santa.
I am so sad....
He still told Santa what he wanted for Christmas though! :)

Landon isn't the only one who thinks
Mom's Christmas decorations are
multi-functional...

Wednesday, December 9, 2009

Once again...
Who needs toys?
Mom's couch cushions and coffee table
make for a great fort!

Tuesday, December 8, 2009

Landon's Christmas Concert.
The kids did a super great job!

Monday, December 7, 2009

Well, that's one way to get rid of the snow...
Shovel it away!
Zach and Landon sure had a good time "cleaning up the yard."

It melts my heart.

A conversation with Landon ~
Landon: Hey mom, can I go outside and check my trap?
Me: No, you can't go outside, it's dark and.....
What? Check your what???
Landon: My trap. I made a nice trap. I'm gonna catch a big rabbit!
Me: Oh, Landon you can't......
Landon: I'm just gonna pet him a bit and then I'll let him go. Honest!
Me: But, honey we live in town, you can't.......
Landon: Mommmm. It's O.K...... Dad said I could!
(Thanks Tim)

Mr. Coffee.
The only man who truly gets me.

Tuesday, December 1, 2009

Landon says... "Who needs toys when I can just use
Mom's Christmas decorations?"
He was sitting on our big puzzle board for the sleigh
and using two phone chargers for the reins.
His imagination never quits!
Is it possible to love his creativeness,
while tearing out my hair at the same time?
:) :) :)
