Yesterday, one of my little dc boys
was having a tough time getting his boots on.
They were the little rubber rain boots that all kids love.
Normally, these boots are really easy to get on and off for kids.
I love them!
He had been getting them on and off for a long time by himself,
so I was a little puzzled when he told me he couldn't get them on.
I thought maybe he just needed a little attention.
So helping him, I told him to push down
when I pulled up and we would get them on!
After a few seconds of this, those boots were not going on.
What the heck?
So, I asked him, "Do you have your socks on?"
He replied, "Nooooo."
I asked, "Well, where are they?"
He said, "In my boots."
